The Home and Garden Television Network’s “25 Biggest Real Estate Mistakes" aired on May 14, 2008. As a Carpenter and Interior Designer Carey Evans was excited be a part of the HGTV talent and experts to appear on the Special Presentation of “25 Biggest Renovation Mistakes.” Look for repeat airings on HGTV’s website searching under Episode H25RM-S07.
Carey Evans is very excited to join the crew of HGTV’s hit show “Don’t Sweat It.” As a co-host for Steve Watson, Carey will be working alongside Jimmy Little showing homeowners how easy it is to tackle weekend home-improvement projects. This show will get HGTV viewers a chance to see firsthand how this “handy-woman” as well as very creative designer works.

Carey Evans participated in The Kotchen Group’s 2007 Media Tour “Spring Spruce Up: Walls, Window, and Floors.” This tour helped national television viewers learn about new products in the home improvement and home decor market. The products Carey Evans showcased were from York Wallpaper, Pergo Flooring, GE Sealants, and Hunter Douglas Blinds.

BIG NEWS- Carey Evans was chosen as the Interior Decorator for General Electric’s “Right Light, Right Now” campaign. An informational DVD and coinciding web cast had Carey Evans showcased alongside co-host Brice Cooper, from HGTV’s “Design on a Dime.” This entire campaign consisted of spots on GE’s Website, internet trivia games with huge prizes, and full page commercial ads in nationally seen magazines and printed press.
